The Process

To initiate a case with Faveo Paralegals all you have to do is send us an email. A member of our team will then email you to obtain additional information on the case, and, If needed, provide you with the case type specific questionnaires and checklists.

Once your case is ready, Faveo Paralegals will e-mail you all of the required US CIS/DOL/DOS forms in editable PDF file format. We will also send you the supporting and cover letters in Microsoft Word file format. Additionally, for those cases that require it, we will also organize the supporting documents into a single PDF file with a digital exhibit tabs already inserted. All you have to do is review and print.
